Job Title: Non-Profit Executive Director

/The Celestine Foundation, a respected player in the nonprofit sector, is currently seeking a results-driven Non-Profit Executive Director. Your core duties will be to oversee fundraising efforts, foster donor relationships, and execute strategies aimed at securing financial support. As a keystone of our leadership team, you will build beneficial relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community to increase our visibility and support.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Head fundraising initiatives to ensure financial goals align with the missions of the organization.

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with donors to secure ongoing funding.

• Implement development strategies that drive revenue and increase financial support.

• Engage stakeholders, partners, and the community to nurture beneficial relationships.

• Enhance the visibility of the non-profit and its causes within the community and beyond.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, preferably within a nonprofit sector

• Proven ability to successfully oversee fundraising initiatives

• Strong skills in strategic planning and organizational development

• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to inspire and motivate teams and individuals to support our mission

Additional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field

• A minimum of five years of leadership experience within a nonprofit organization
