Job Title: Video Director

You will be conceptualizing, creating, and delivering high-quality videos that echo the company's visions and objectives. Staying updated on the latest video technology trends and integrating cutting-edge ideas into the company's offerings is part of the responsibility.
Responsibilities and Duties
On top of spearheading the video production team, your tasks will include:
Managing all video projects from concept to delivery
Working in tandem with other departments such as the marketing team to build potent video strategies and campaigns
Overseeing the technical aspects of video production, ensuring quality at all stages
Keeping pace with the latest in video technology and merging innovative ideas to augment the company's offerings
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
The right candidate must possess:
A solid understanding of video production, including directing, editing, and post-production
A savvy awareness of various video platforms and the ability to adapt content as required
Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage teamwork and handle conflicts professionally
Proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Adeptness in working seamlessly between concept, execution and, delivery
Necessary Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a senior video production role, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to handle diverse and challenging projects effectively.
