Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in a technical support role
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic to complex technical issues
Patience and ability to manage stressful situations
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide support and guidance to users who have technical issues with a product, service, or system
Walk the user through the problem-solving process
Ensure that the technical issue is resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain record of the user's technical issues and the solutions provided
Follow up with users to ensure the issue has been resolved
