Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Proven experience in a technical support role

  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic to complex technical issues

  • Patience and ability to manage stressful situations

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide support and guidance to users who have technical issues with a product, service, or system

  • Walk the user through the problem-solving process

  • Ensure that the technical issue is resolved in a timely and efficient manner

  • Maintain record of the user's technical issues and the solutions provided

  • Follow up with users to ensure the issue has been resolved

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends when required

  • Current on the latest technologies and technical trends
