Responsibilities and Duties:
Your mission at TechWiz Solutions will be to provide exceptional technical support to our customers. This will involve communicating via phone, email, chat, or other channels, resolving customer issues and inquiries, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. You will guide customers through step-by-step instructions to resolve technical issues, including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Your magic wand? Craft detailed records of customer interactions and support tickets in our CRM system.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
We need a tech-savvy individual with a knack for customer service. A knack for thinking on your feet, effective communication and problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail are required. Proficiency in using CRM systems and an understanding of software installation and troubleshooting methodologies will be a plus!
Necessary Experience:
A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar technical support role will aid your successful endeavor in our arena. Familiarity with our industry's technical aspects and customer service principles and best practices are prerequisites. A proven track record of dueling with tech issues and emerging victorious will come in handy.
Additional Requirements:
The role demands a decent blend of technical ability and soft skills. An aptitude for understanding technical documentation, hands-on experience in software troubleshooting, and an unswerving patient demeanor to handle customer challenges efficiently.
