In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, manage the hiring process, and create a robust candidate pipeline for our future needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Technical Recruiter's core responsibilities will encompass:

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and creating comprehensive job descriptions.

• Identifying and sourcing top technical talent from various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and through referrals.

• Managing the initial candidate screenings, interviews, and technical assessments, ensuring a fair, and efficient process.

• Building and nurturing a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Coordinating and overseeing the interview process including scheduling, feedback, and follow up.

Qualifications and Skills

Key qualifications and skills include:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar HR role within the tech industry.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms and techniques.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
