The Technical Recruiter's core responsibilities will encompass:
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and creating comprehensive job descriptions.
Identifying and sourcing top technical talent from various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and through referrals.
Managing the initial candidate screenings, interviews, and technical assessments, ensuring a fair, and efficient process.
Building and nurturing a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinating and overseeing the interview process including scheduling, feedback, and follow up.
Qualifications and Skills
Key qualifications and skills include:
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar HR role within the tech industry.
Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms and techniques.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
