This vital role requires a balance of creativity and analytical skill to effectively identify bid potential, develop comprehensive proposals, and maximize value for both CyberSec Guard and our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Identify and analyze potential bid opportunities from procurement portals, RFP databases, and various sources.
Assess the business and strategic fit of bid opportunities against the company's strengths and capabilities.
Work in collaboration with sales, technical, and executive teams to develop a winning bid strategy.
Lead the creation and assembly of comprehensive and compliant bid proposals, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and client-centricity.
Manage the proposal review process, incorporating feedback and making timely revisions.
Ensure proposals are submitted punctually and in the required format, complying with all client requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

The successful candidate must have exemplary analytical, organization, and project management skills. Proficiency in bid writing and review, coupled with strong administrative and IT skills is crucial. Interpersonal and communication skills to engage across all levels of the organization are essential, along with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is required. Extensive knowledge and experience of the bidding process, specifically within the cyber security industry, will be highly advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is needed. You must display a deep understanding of market dynamics and business operations.
