Responsibilities and Duties:

Serving as the main point of contact for all client technical inquiries and issues.
Understanding client's business goals and tech requirements and aligning our solutions accordingly.
Creating and managing account plans to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products or services.
Working closely with the sales team to renew contracts and increase revenue within assigned accounts.
