Responsibilities and Duties:
Work with SMEs and our technical team to gather all necessary information
Translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
Regularly update and revise existing documents to reflect changes in software, hardware, or processes
Ensure all technical content is up-to-date and accurate
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven technical writing experience
Expertise in conveying complex technical information in a definitive and comprehensive manner
Knowledge of software, hardware, and various processes related to the industry
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience:
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the tech industry. Familiarity and experience with information gathering and process documentation will be highly regarded.
Additional Requirements:
An understanding of the graphics industry, including its terminology and processes, although not essential, will be beneficial.
