A key part of our team, the Event Customer Service role focuses on ensuring all attendees and clients have a seamless and positive experience during our events. You'll be at the forefront of providing excellent service, becoming the lead liaison at each function. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those with a passion for events and great people skills.
Attend to all customer queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
Alienate and resolve potential problems that impact our customers' event experiences
Assist in organizing and coordinating all logistical details for the smooth success of the event
Provide exemplary customer service to all attendees and clients, ensuring their total satisfaction
Liaison with other teams to optimize our service delivery and exceed event expectations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to quickly address customer concerns and maintain service standards
Skilled problem solver, capable of thinking quickly and efficiently under pressure
Proactive, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in customer service, particularly within the events industry, is a key advantage
Flexibility regarding working hours, as events may occur during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must have the ability to travel, as some events are held off-site
