Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil or Construction Engineering.

• A Professional Engineer (PE) license.

• Proficiency in using civil engineering software.

• Ability to plan, design, project-manage, and oversee construction effectively.

• Strong understanding of construction laws and regulations.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills & ability to think on the fly.

• Risk assessment capabilities.

• A keen eye for detail, with excellent mathematical, scientific, and IT skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Preparing blueprints for the proposed structures using CAD software.

• Inspecting project sites, preparing technical documents, and managing construction operations.

• Ensuring each project meets environmental and health safety standards.

• Forecasting the cost, quantity, and budget of equipment, manpower, and materials.

• Listetantly managing multiple projects concurrently.
