Responsibilities and Duties

• Implement and maintain security systems to monitor and detect potential cyber threats.

• Conduct regular security audits to ensure system robustness.

• Analyze logs and investigate incidents to maintain the integrity of information systems.

• Respond promptly to cybersecurity incidents, including data breaches and malware infections.

• Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures.

• Provide cybersecurity training to employees to enhance awareness and promote a security-conscious culture.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or other related fields.

• Professional certifications such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) would be an added advantage.

• Sound knowledge of security systems and ability to detect potential cyber threats.

• Perceptiveness and proficiency in analyzing logs and investigating incidents.

• Excellent understanding of data breaches, malware infections, and related cybersecurity incidents.

Necessary Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an organization with a strong emphasis on security. A strong track record of developing, implementing, and enforcing cybersecurity policies and procedures is highly desirable.
