Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and strengthen our community, both online and offline.

  • Foster engagement by actively participating in discussions, responding to inquiries, and facilitating meaningful interactions among community members.

  • Create and curate relevant content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates, to keep the community informed and engaged.

  • Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, and activities to promote networking and knowledge sharing.

  • Monitor community discussions and enforce community guidelines to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in community management, social media management, or similar roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative thinker with strong content creation skills.

  • Experience using social media for business.

  • Ability to moderate community discussions with tact and diplomacy.

  • Exceptional organizational skills for planning events and activities.

Additional Requirements
