Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and implement strategies to grow and strengthen our community, both online and offline.

Foster engagement by actively participating in discussions, responding to inquiries, and facilitating meaningful interactions among community members.

Create and curate relevant content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates, to keep the community informed and engaged.

Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, and activities to promote networking and knowledge sharing.

Monitor community discussions and enforce community guidelines to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
The ideal candidate should possess:

Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in community management, social media management, or similar roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinker with strong content creation skills.

Experience using social media for business.

Ability to moderate community discussions with tact and diplomacy.

Exceptional organizational skills for planning events and activities.
Additional Requirements
