Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans to meet organizational goals and objectives

  • Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

  • Analyze and improve operational processes continuously.

  • Prepare and manage budgets for operational activities.

  • Lead and mentor a team of operational staff.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
