We are seeking a results-driven Restaurant Manager to be responsible for the successful operations and management of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be accountable for maintaining superior customer service, ensuring quality dining experiences, and leading a team to deliver an exceptional standard of service. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, strong leadership, and sound operational skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

Overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Providing superior customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Managing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that restaurant needs are addressed.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local liquor laws.
Monitoring the quality of products and services to maintain the high standards of the restaurant.
Managing budgets, including setting, observing, and re-evaluating.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
Proven track record of overseeing successful restaurant operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding people skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
Strong knowledge of various cuisines and beverage offerings.
Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations.
Financial savvy, with experience in budgets and accounting.

Additional Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management is preferred, but not required. Food safety certification and a valid liquor license may also be necessary depending on consensual regulations.
