Job Summary

The Area Manager will oversee and ensure the efficient and effective daily operation of the area, implement strategies for business growth, foster key client relationships, and manage a team of employees.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan and monitor daily operations

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and minimize costs

• Implement company policies, procedures, and standards consistently

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to meet revenue targets

• Identify opportunities for business expansion

• Manage relationships with key clients and partners

• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of employees

• Evaluate employee performance and implement corrective actions as necessary

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the electronic industry

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
