Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.

  • Proven experience in management or a relevant role with emphasis on team leadership.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

  • Knowledge of inventory management.

  • Experience in a sales-driven environment would be a plus.

Necessary Experience

A successful candidate must have at least 3-5 years of leadership experience in a manager or assistant manager role. Experience in a technology-based company is desirable.
