Assistant Manager Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to create a positive work environment.
Collaborate with the manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Help in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Interact with customers effectively and professionally. Handle their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels. Help in ordering and restocking products as needed.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and departmental KPIs. Assist in creating and executing sales strategies.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
Proven experience in management or a relevant role with emphasis on team leadership.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Knowledge of inventory management.
Experience in a sales-driven environment would be a plus.
Necessary Experience
A successful candidate must have at least 3-5 years of leadership experience in a manager or assistant manager role. Experience in a technology-based company is desirable.
