HR Manager Job Description

Solace Agency, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to reinvent and execute innovative HR strategies for our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in developing effective onboarding processes, managing and resolving employee relations issues, delivering well-planned employee training initiatives, and compiling HR datasets for management decision-making.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues fairly and consistently.

• Proactively support the design and delivery of employee training initiatives.

• Create, maintain, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and current legislation.

• Analyze HR data comprehensively and prepare regular reports for upper management decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or any related field is required.

• A minimum of five years of progressive HR experience is required, with at least two years of leadership experience.

• Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development, etc.

• Outstanding ability to tackle and resolve challenging situations and conflicts in the workplace.

Additional Requirements

• Proficient with MS Office suite and HRIS systems.

• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great team spirit.
