The Personal Assistant will primarily be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to an individual or a group of individuals within the company. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, proactive, and highly efficient, working diligently to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Managing diary and schedule

  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Organizing meetings and appointments

  • Liaising with staff and clients

  • Coordinating travel arrangements

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong MS Office skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Additional Requirements

Must be willing to work flexible hours, and occasionally travel for work. Also, a valid driver's license would be an advantage.
