This position plays a vital role in HR operations, including the recruitment process, HR-related correspondence, policy communication, report generation, and HR data management. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
Draft and prepare HR-related correspondence, including offer letters, employment contracts, and termination letters.
Communicate policies and procedures to employees, ensuring understanding and compliance.
Generate comprehensive reports, track key HR metrics, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR data.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate must have:
A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Experience
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of related experience in an HR role. Experience in the hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
