Responsibilities and Duties
The Office Assistant will be expected to:

Schedule appointments and manage various routine office tasks.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring essential items are available for daily operations.
Coordinate with vendors for supply orders and manage inventory levels.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, contributing to an organized office environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
