Job Summary
We're seeking a Bookkeeping Assistant to accurately enter financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expenses into accounting software or spreadsheets. One of the essential parts of the role is to identify and rectify discrepancies while strictly maintaining the integrity of the company's financial data. You'll contribute to preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries, and play an important part in liaising with our vendors and clients on financial matters.

Responsibilities and Duties
Your role as a Bookkeeping Assistant at Darius Financials will involve the following responsibilities:
Accurately entering financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expenses into accounting software or spreadsheets.
Identifying and rectifying discrepancies in our financial data.
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries.
Communicating effectively with vendors and clients regarding financial matters, and helping resolve any billing or payment issues they may have.
Qualifications and Skills
We're looking for someone who:
Has a strong background in bookkeeping or a related field
Is highly competent in using accounting software and managing spreadsheets
Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Has a meticulous approach to their work and a strong aptitude for numbers
Has the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
