Job Description:
Precision Financial Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Assistant to support our financial department in managing all daily accounting duties. This is a crucial role within our organization, working closely with the financial team to ensure company-wide financial accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Update and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
A degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Previous experience in an accounting or finance role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
