Job Description:
We are currently looking for a highly organized and customer-friendly General Assistant to join our team. This position is integral to ensuring that our clients receive excellent service, our merchandise is well-stocked, and our store continues to maintain its beautiful appearance. The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail, love for fashion, and a heart for excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
As a General Assistant, you will:
Greet and welcome customers, providing them with information and assistance as necessary.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining the overall appearance of the location.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, accurately processing transactions and handling returns in compliance with company policies.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise shipments.
Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management.
Provide support to the sales team through various tasks, including fetching products and assisting customers in dressing rooms.
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferable.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in POS systems.
A keen eye for fashion and detail
