We are currently looking for a highly organized and customer-friendly General Assistant to join our team. This position is integral to ensuring that our clients receive excellent service, our merchandise is well-stocked, and our store continues to maintain its beautiful appearance. The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail, love for fashion, and a heart for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a General Assistant, you will:

• Greet and welcome customers, providing them with information and assistance as necessary.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining the overall appearance of the location.

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, accurately processing transactions and handling returns in compliance with company policies.

• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise shipments.

• Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management.

• Provide support to the sales team through various tasks, including fetching products and assisting customers in dressing rooms.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferable.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in POS systems.

• A keen eye for fashion and detail
