Responsibilities and Duties:
The Branch Assistant will:
Provide superior customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, account transactions, and resolving problems in a courteous and professional manner.
Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including accepting deposits, processing withdrawals, and counting cash.
Manage customer accounts effectively by opening and closing them, updating account information, and providing basic account information.
Support sales efforts by promoting and cross-selling financial products and services to customers, such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
The ideal candidate should have:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in banking, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Provable experience in a similar role.
Strong customer service and administrative skills.
Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
A high degree of accuracy in cash handling.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to promote financial products and services effectively.
