Benefits Officer Job Description

Job Title: Benefits Officer

We are currently seeking a focused and detail oriented Benefits Officer to manage employee benefits programs at DayneTech. Your primary responsibilities will involve taking care of health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. One of your fundamental roles will be staying updated with the relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits. You will need to address employee questions and concerns regarding benefits, as well as assist in resolving any issues that arise.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.

  • Stay abreast of laws and regulations pertaining to employee benefits

  • Address and resolve any questions and concerns related to benefits

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field

  • Proven experience in managing benefits programs

  • Strong understanding of laws and regulations that affect employee benefits

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle employee concerns

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred but not essential.

Additional Requirements

Flexibility with work hours and ability to handle a fast-paced work environment is a must.
