Job Description:

AquaClean Tech is seeking an organized and diligent Admin and Finance Officer to handle our company's financial and administrative operations. The selected candidate will function as an integral part of our organization, providing essential support across essential business areas which include financial recording, procurement and office management.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Admin and Finance Officer will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.

  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring tasks.

  • Prepare detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders.

  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts regularly.

  • Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection and negotiation.

  • Maintain meticulous records of procurement activities.

  • Ensure continuous compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

  • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.

  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.

  • Assist in organizing in-house or external meetings and events.

  • Undertake diverse admin tasks including answering phones and responding to emails.

Qualifications and Skills:

The successful candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role for at least 3 years.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and procurement procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written forms.

  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in using MS Office tools and any other related software required for performing daily tasks.
