Job Title: Finance Officer
At Alexon Accounting, we are currently looking to recruit a Finance Officer who will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial reports, statements, and forecasts. Your role in our team will include supporting the budgeting process to align our financial goals with the broader organizational objectives. Responsibilities and Duties
In your role as a Finance Officer, your primary responsibilities and tasks will include:
Analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts regularly to guide management decisions
Prepare thorough financial reports and statements
Support the budgeting process to align the financial goal with the organizational objectives
Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial assets
Engage in periodic audits and suggest actions based on audit findings
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Thorough understanding of financial trends and forecasting tools
Strong proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
Demonstrable commitment to ethical, financial best practices and regulations
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance officer role or similar is required.

Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, conscientious, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks appropriately. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are also necessary for this role.
