Job Title: Audit Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented, meticulous Audit Officer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for conducting systematic examinations of our organization's financial, operational, or compliance activities. This role requires an ability to analyze and interpret data, draw insights, and make suitable recommendations for enhancing business efficiency or rectifying discrepancies.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform and control the full audit cycle, including risk management and control management.
Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
Prepare and present reports that reflect the audit’s results.
Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee.
Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent knowledge of auditing principles and standards.
Strong analytical abilities.
High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, finance, or a related area. Experience in a leadership role is advantageous.
Additional Requirements
Preferred candidates would have a working knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods.
