• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies and plans.

• Set realistic and achievable business development goals and targets.

• Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and customers through various channels.

• Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects.

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.

• Customize offerings to meet client needs and address pain points effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Development Officer or similar role.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends and formulate strategic business development plans.

• Strong networking and negotiation skills.

• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
