Job Title: Construction Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager here at Paxton Builders. The candidate will have an essential role in developing, managing, and overseeing project plans, including critically important elements such as timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. This position involves a deep understanding of cost estimation, forecasting, and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and manage project plans, ensuring all timelines and milestones are met.
Prepare and oversee project budgets, including cost estimation and forecasting.
Allocate resources effectively and optimize the use of staff and materials.
Assign tasks to team members adjusting to their abilities and strengths.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Interested candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field with at least five years of construction management experience. Other skills and competencies required include:
Effective leadership and management ability
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
An eye for detail and passion for delivering quality outcomes
Additional Requirements
