Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct comprehensive construction project assessments.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
Project Management accreditation preferred.

Proven experience in cost management and risk analysis.
Excellent knowledge of construction quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Necessary Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Consultant role within the construction industry.
Proven track record of managing large scale commercial and residential projects.
