Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Residential Construction Worker, your everyday tasks will include:

Performing a diverse range of construction tasks such as framing, roofing, siding, drywall installation, painting, flooring and finish carpentry.
Operating and maintaining a variety of hand and power tools including but not limited to saws, drills, nail guns and other construction-related equipment.
Assisting in the handling and transportation of construction materials, ensuring their proper storage and organization on the job site.
Upholding and enforcing all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others on the construction site.

Qualifications and Skills:

The successful candidate will possess the following:

A high school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a construction worker.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Excellent coordination, physical condition and ability to work well in a team.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
An eye for detail and a dedication to quality workmanship.
