Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs

Evaluate subcontractor proposals for completeness
Assess the cost-effectiveness of products, projects, and services
Maintain knowledge of various construction cost factors, including materials prices and labor costs
Balance multiple bids to ensure all proposals are completed on time
Qualifications and Skills
Referential degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in construction estimating
Sound knowledge of construction
In-depth understanding of construction project management
Excellent math skills with technical construction knowledge
High proficiency in MS Office and estimation software
