Job Title: Entry-Level Construction

Kingston Construction is looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in an Entry Level Construction role. As part of this position, you'll be preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground. This role involves material handling and equipment operation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other members of the construction team to achieve project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies:

• Hard-working and physically able to handle rigorous tasks such as digging trenches and moving heavy materials.

• Prior experience in Material Handling and Equipment Operation will be an advantage.

• Exceptional teamwork skills, able to work efficiently and collaboratively within a group.

• Basis knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations.

• Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

As an Entry Level Construction team member, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Clearing construction sites of debris and potential safety hazards.

• Digging trenches and leveling ground for construction.

• Handling construction materials and operating construction equipment.

• Working collaboratively with construction team members to achieve project goals.

Additional Requirements

Due to the nature of the work, prospective candidates should be able to work in various weather conditions and be willing to comply with safety procedures to ensure the protection of team members at construction sites.
