Free Party Wall Agreement

1. Introduction
This Party Wall Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date], between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", and [Employee Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Employee". This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the professional relationship between the parties.
2. Employment Terms
2.1 Position and Responsibilities
The Employer hereby employs the Employee as [Job Title]. The Employee agrees to diligently and professionally perform all duties associated with this position. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, [list of duties/responsibilities].
2.2 Term of Employment
This agreement states that the employment period will begin on the [Start Date] specified. Once it starts, the employment will persist and only come to an end if it is terminated by the terms and provisions laid out in this current agreement.

Taking into account the services that the Employee has provided, it is agreed upon that the Employer is obliged to provide financial compensation to the Employee. Other Benefits: The Employee may be eligible for additional benefits, such as life insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance programs, and wellness initiatives, as provided by the Employer and subject to applicable eligibility criteria and terms.
3. Confidentiality
3.1 Non-Disclosure
During the term of employment and thereafter, the Employee shall not disclose any confidential information, including but not limited to trade secrets, proprietary information, and client data, without prior written consent from the Employer.
3.2 Return of Property
Upon termination of employment, the Employee shall promptly return all property belonging to the Employer, including documents, equipment, and any other materials.
4. Termination
4.1 Termination by Employer
The Employer reserves the right to terminate the Employee's employment at any time, with or without cause, upon [notice period] days' written notice.
4.2 Termination by Employee
The Employee may terminate employment upon [notice period] days' written notice to the Employer.
4.3 Severance
In the event of termination without cause, the Employee shall be entitled to severance pay by applicable laws and company policies.
5. Dispute Resolution
