1. Introduction

This Party Wall Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date], between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", and [Employee Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Employee". This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the professional relationship between the parties.

2. Employment Terms

3. Confidentiality

3.1 Non-Disclosure

During the term of employment and thereafter, the Employee shall not disclose any confidential information, including but not limited to trade secrets, proprietary information, and client data, without prior written consent from the Employer.

3.2 Return of Property

Upon termination of employment, the Employee shall promptly return all property belonging to the Employer, including documents, equipment, and any other materials.

4. Termination

4.1 Termination by Employer

The Employer reserves the right to terminate the Employee's employment at any time, with or without cause, upon [notice period] days' written notice.

4.2 Termination by Employee
