Cohabitation Agreement

Maintenance and Repairs

Party A and Party B shall promptly notify each other of any maintenance or repair issues within the shared residence. The parties agree to split the costs of necessary repairs equally unless one party is responsible for causing the damage.
Guests and Visitors

Party A and Party B shall mutually agree upon the presence of guests and visitors in the shared residence. Both parties shall respect each other's privacy and ensure that guests abide by the rules and expectations outlined in this Agreement.

III. Property Ownership

Party A and Party B agree that any property acquired jointly during the cohabitation shall be owned as follows:

V. Assets and Liabilities

VI. Dispute Resolution
