Free Child Support Agreement

This Child Support Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date] between:

II. Child Support Terms

II.I Amount of Child Support:

The individual recognized as the Non-Custodial Parent, in agreement with the conditions stated herein, pledges to offer the stipulated sum of child support. This sum, calculated to be an amount of $1,000 per month, shall be paid directly to the individual identified as the Custodial Parent. The primary intent of this fund is to provide for the necessary support and maintenance of the children, whose names have been listed above this agreement.

II.II Payment Schedule:

The date that child support payments will begin is set for April 02, 2055. After this initial payment, the individual responsible for making these child support payments must continue to do so every month for an unspecified period following the initial payment date.

II.III Method of Payment:

Payments meant for child support are to be made in the form of direct deposit into the bank account that has been designated by the parent who has custody of the child. The parent who does not hold custody of the child has the responsibility of ensuring that these payments are not delayed and that the stipulated amount agreed upon is fully paid, adhering to the payment schedule that has been mutually agreed upon previously.

II.IV Additional Expenses:

The Non-Custodial Parent agrees to contribute their share, calculated proportionately, towards any additional expenses that are connected to the children. These expenses incorporate, but are not limited to, the financial aspects associated with their education, medical expenses that are not included or covered by insurance, financial requirements for extracurricular activities that the children are involved in, along costs stemming from childcare services.

II.V Adjustments to Child Support:

The parties involved in this agreement have decided that they will conduct a review of the child support amount every year, or whenever circumstances change in such a way that necessitates such a review. Furthermore, they have agreed that they reserve the right to modify the amount, if necessary, either by reaching a mutual agreement or by resorting to the use of legal channels.

III. Miscellaneous Provisions

III.I Termination of Agreement:

This agreement is set to continue to be operational until such time that the child matures to the age of majority. In most jurisdictions, this age of majority usually equals 18 years of age. However, there are opportunities for this agreement to be terminated before the aforementioned time frame. This would require a mutual agreement from both of the involved parties. Alternatively, the termination of the agreement can also be instituted by an order from a court.
