II. Purchase Price

III. Payment Terms

The Buyer shall pay the purchase price in the following manner:

IV. Transfer of Ownership

V. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Seller warrants that they have full ownership rights to the vehicle and that it is free from any liens or encumbrances. The Seller makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition or performance of the vehicle.

VI. Vehicle Inspection

The Buyer acknowledges that they've inspected the vehicle and accepts it. They understand that no additional warranties are provided by the Seller, and they won't hold the Seller responsible for any defects discovered post-purchase. It's advised that the Buyer conducts a thorough inspection or seeks professional help to ensure they're fully informed about the vehicle's condition before finalizing the purchase.

VII. Title Transfer and Registration

The Seller in this contract agrees to transfer the vehicle's title to the Buyer upon receipt of full payment. The payment refers to the vehicle's selling price as stated in this agreement. Additionally, the Buyer will cover all costs and obligations related to the title transfer and vehicle registration, separate from the vehicle's purchase price.

VIII. Liability Release

If there is a transfer of ownership, any damages, liabilities, or expenses that may subsequently arise from the use or operation of the vehicle are not the responsibility of the seller, and therefore, the seller shall not be held accountable under such circumstances.

IX. Governing Law
