Roommate Agreement

This Roommate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this [Date], by and between the undersigned [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as "Roommates," and [Landlord/Property Manager's Name], hereinafter referred to as "Landlord." By signing this Agreement, all parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions stipulated herein.

1. PREMISES

The Agreement refers to premises that are specifically located at the indicated address [Your Address]. The overall inclusion of these premises encompasses not only the physical property itself but extends to contain any personal property found within this location, including but not limited to appliances that may be present at the location, thereby making them subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in this Agreement.

2. TERM OF AGREEMENT

The term of this Agreement will commence on [start date] and will continue until [end date] unless otherwise terminated as per the terms stated in this Agreement.

3. RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

5. DEFAULT OR BREACH

In the event of a default in the payment of rent or any other breach of this Agreement, the non-breaching party/ies have the right to take appropriate legal action. The defaulting party will be responsible for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred as a result of said default or breach.
