Free Roommate Agreement

I. Introduction

This Roommate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this 1st day of January, 2050, by and between [Your Name] and Jonatan Farrell. Both parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document to ensure a harmonious and cooperative living arrangement at Cincinnati, OH 45201.

II. Premises

VI. Guests and Noise

Guests

1. Each party is allowed to host guests but must inform the other at least 24 hours in advance if the guest will stay overnight.

2. Long-term stays of guests (exceeding 3 consecutive nights) require mutual consent.

Noise

1. Quiet hours are designated from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays.

2. Both parties shall maintain reasonable noise levels at all times out of respect for one another.

VII. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the same.

VIII. Termination

Termination of this Agreement requires a 30-day written notice by either party. In cases of violations of this Agreement, immediate termination may be discussed.
