II. Rental Term

III. Rental Payment

  • No refund if cancellation is made less than 15 days before the start date of the rental term.

VIII. Termination

Either party to this Agreement has the right to terminate it by providing written notice of termination to the other party at least 30 days prior. This termination clause allows both parties a reasonable period to prepare for the cessation of the agreement's obligations. Upon receipt of the notice, both parties are relieved of their obligations under the agreement after the specified 30-day period.
