Car Rental Agreement

This Car Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date] between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Lessor," and [Renter's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Lessee."

I. Vehicle Details

The vehicle should not be employed for illegal activities, carrying dangerous substances, racing, towing, or propelling another vehicle, or by any unapproved driver.

VI. Maintenance and Repairs

The Lessee shall be responsible for all routine maintenance and repairs required during the rental period, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-ups. The Lessee shall promptly notify the Lessor of any mechanical issues or damages to the vehicle and seek authorization for repairs.

VII. Return of Vehicle

The Lessee agrees to return the vehicle to the Lessor at the agreed-upon location and time specified in this Agreement. The vehicle shall be returned in the same condition as when rented, subject to reasonable wear and tear. Failure to return the vehicle as agreed may result in additional rental charges and/or legal action.

VIII. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement of the parties or by either party upon [Number of Days] days written notice to the other party.

IX. Governing Law
