Free Volunteer Agreement

This Volunteer Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [date], by and between [Your Company Name], a non-profit organization (“Organization”), and [Volunteer’s Name], an individual residing at [Volunteer’s Address] (“Volunteer”), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

I. Volunteer Services

1.1 Description of Volunteer Work: Volunteer duties include event support, fundraising assistance, community outreach, administrative tasks, program implementation aid, social media management, recruitment assistance, event support, and any other tasks as assigned by the Organization.

II. Volunteer Requirements

III. Organization's Responsibilities

IV. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

The volunteer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information obtained during volunteering and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Organization.

V. Liability Waiver

5.1 Assumption of Risk: The volunteer acknowledges and understands that volunteer work may involve certain risks and agrees to assume all risks associated with volunteering for the Organization.

5.2 Release of Liability: Volunteer hereby releases and discharges Organization from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with Volunteer's participation in volunteer activities, except for claims arising from Organization’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

VI. Termination

6.1 Grounds for Termination: The organization reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the Volunteer’s failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement or for any conduct deemed detrimental to the Organization’s interests.

6.2 Procedure for Termination: In the event of termination, the Volunteer shall immediately cease all volunteer activities and return any Organization property in their possession.

VII. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
