NEIGHBOR FENCE AGREEMENT

I. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the First Party and the Second Party agree to construct, maintain, and share the responsibilities of the fence situated between their respective properties.


II. DEFINITION OF THE FENCE

The fence covered by this Agreement is a boundary fence located along the property line between the properties owned by the First Party and the Second Party. The fence is described as follows:

IV. CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE
