Job Title: Hospitality Cashier

At BellaVista Resorts we are seeking an efficient and friendly Hospitality Cashier to handle transactions and provide outstanding customer service to our esteemed guests. The individual in this role will manage customer checkout and process payments accurately through various methods such as cash, credit/debit cards, checks, or digital wallets.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handling cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems for customer transactions.

  • Accurately processing payments from various methods.

  • Issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers.

  • Providing congenial and efficient service during the checkout process.

  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints or issues related to billing.

  • Assisting customers in making selections and offering suggestions and opinions when requested.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience working in a hospitality setting will be advantageous.

  • Efficiently handle cash and manage transactions through POS systems.

  • The ability to offer strong customer service skills.

  • Proficient in basic mathematics to handle financial transactions.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
