Job Title: Hospitality Executive

Globe Trotter Inns is seeking a responsible, reliable, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hospitality Executive. The ideal candidate would be the first point of contact for our guests, handling all operational duties related to the hospitality experience, thereby contributing to an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival while maintaining a level of atmosphere that exudes our commitment to hospitality.

• Handling all guest inquiries and complaints with utmost professionalism and promptness.

• Managing reservations efficiently, including the process of checking guests in and out of the hotel.

• Providing comprehensive information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.

• Processing payments accurately and maintaining precise records of all transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

The successful Hospitality Executive would possess the following:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• High level of patience and empathy

• Professionalism and team-oriented mind-set

• Basic technology skills for reservation management and payment processing

• Previous experience in hospitality is an added advantage

Experience:

Prior experience in hospitality or a related field would be an advantage, however, training would be provided on the job for the right candidate exhibiting a strong will to learn and work within the hospitality industry.

Additional Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and during peak occupancy periods.
