Job Title: Catering Hospitality Assistant
A pivotal role within our dynamic team, the Catering Hospitality Assistant is responsible for ensuring seamless service in catering events, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and providing an enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Providing exceptional customer service at all function and events
Setting up and cleaning down after events
Preparing and serving food and beverages
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas
Assisting with stock control and ordering supplies
Qualifications and Skills:
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Have experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Carry a valid Food Handlers Card or be willing to obtain one
Be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Necessary Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, however, on-the-job training will be provided as necessary.
