The Hospitality Agent will be responsible for managing the check-in and check-out process, providing necessary information about our facilities, and responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process of guests.
Provide room keys and necessary information to guests about our facilities.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
Offer guests information about local attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
Ensure a superior guest experience that embodies the StayElite Host Associates brand.
Qualifications and Skills:
Potential candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a proven track record in a similar role. Good knowledge of local attractions is a plus. Previous experience in a hospitality role is desirable, but we are also open to motivated individuals willing to learn.
Additional Requirements:
Due to the nature of this role, a flexible working approach is required, including the ability to work on weekends and public holidays as needed. Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a must.
