Job Title: Hospitality Customer Service
GuestGreet Services Inc. is searching for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Customer Service Representative. This position requires an individual who is passionate about welcoming guests and ensuring they receive top-notch service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Professionally greet and welcome guests upon arrival. 
- Respond to guests' inquiries reflecting accurate and detailed information about our services, facilities, and rates. 
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuing guest satisfaction. 
- Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs in an efficient manner. 
- Update customers about local areas of interest. 
Qualifications and Skills:
- Highschool diploma or higher. 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities. 
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 
- Well-versed in using computer software, including reservation systems.
 
 
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Additional Requirements:
Must be willing and able to work various hours including weekends, holidays, and nights to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our guests.
