Leadership Skills Coaching Agreement

Parties

This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into this first day of January 2050, by and between Chris Holmes, a leadership skills coach, having a primary office at 808 Maple Lane, Apt 7A, Lakeside, NY 10010 ("Coach"), and Mary Smith, a client residing at 303 Birch Road, Apt 67, Brookside, FL 33126 ("Client").

Coaching Objective

The objective of this Agreement is for the Coach to provide the Client with bi-weekly leadership skills lessons, with the aim of developing the Client's leadership capabilities, enhancing her skills, and contributing to her career growth and achievements.

Services

Under the terms of this Agreement, the Coach shall provide the following services:

• Bi-weekly leadership skills coaching sessions lasting approximately one hour each.

• Individualized feedback and advice based on the Client's development and progress.

• Supplemental materials and resources as deemed appropriate by the Coach.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to hold everything that is discussed during the coaching sessions in strict confidence. Such confidential information also includes other proprietary or confidential information shared by any party during coaching.

Payment

The fee for the Coach's services is $200 per session. All payments shall be made via PayPal prior to each session.

Cancellation Policy

The Client must notify the Coach at least 24 hours in advance of any session that needs to be rescheduled. If the notice is not provided in time, the Client will be charged for the session.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing the other party with a 7-day written notice.

The coaching services provided by the Coach are not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as mental health, law, business, or finance. The Client is responsible for her own actions and decisions and the implications thereof.
