Free Coaching Agreement Outline

Parties

This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into this [DATE], by and between [YOUR NAME], a leadership skills coach, having a primary office at [YOUR ADDRESS] ("Coach"), and [CLIENT NAME], a client residing at [CLIENT ADDRESS] ("Client").

Coaching Objective

The objective of this Agreement is for the Coach to provide the Client with bi-weekly leadership skills lessons, with the aim of developing the Client's leadership capabilities, enhancing her skills, and contributing to her career growth and achievements.

Services

Under the terms of this Agreement, the Coach shall provide the following services:

• Bi-weekly leadership skills coaching sessions lasting approximately one hour each.

• Individualized feedback and advice based on the Client's development and progress.

• Supplemental materials and resources as deemed appropriate by the Coach.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to hold everything that is discussed during the coaching sessions in strict confidence. Such confidential information also includes other proprietary or confidential information shared by any party during coaching.

Payment

The fee for the Coach's services is [AMOUNT] per session. All payments shall be made via PayPal prior to each session.

Cancellation Policy

The Client must notify the Coach at least 24 hours in advance of any session that needs to be rescheduled. If the notice is not provided in time, the Client will be charged for the session.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing the other party with a 7-day written notice.
