This Pledge Agreement, herein referred to as “Agreement”, is entered between:

2. Description of the Pledged Assets

The Pledged Asset in this Agreement is a 2053 Toyota Camry, Silver, with the following identification details;

VIN: ABC123456DEF789
Condition: Excellent condition.
Mileage: 30,000 miles.

3. Terms and Conditions

The Pledgor certifies that he is the lawful owner of the Pledged Asset and that the asset is free from all encumbrances. The Pledgor agrees to grant the Lender a security interest in the Pledged Asset. This security interest secures the payment and the performance of each obligation of the Pledgor under this Agreement. In case of any breach of the Agreement by the Pledgor, the Lender reserves the right to foreclose upon and to sell the Pledged Asset to recoup any outstanding amount.

Both parties, Pledgor and Lender, hereby accept and acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the terms, and conditions in this Agreement.
